Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our fulfilment center in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that, we cannot guarantee changes — but you’ll still be able to return your item for a full refund after receiving it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Once processed, orders are shipped the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, estimated delivery time is typically 2–4 weeks.
Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
Prices listed on our site are tax-free in GBP, but you may be subject to local import duties and customs fees once your order arrives.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Snappi is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us at info@snappideals.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the return process.
What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive an item that is incorrect, missing, or damaged, please contact us immediately.
Include your order number, photos of the item(s), and a description of the issue.
We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Credit or debit card refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request.
If your refund hasn’t appeared yet, please contact your bank or card provider, as it may take time to post.
